- Items will be mailed or available for pickup on the next business day or later. (Pickup available after 10:00 AM the following day)
*If mailed, additional shipping fees apply. Overseas shipping is also available.
- The next business day, delivery to hotels in Otaru (limited to Ironaichō, Inahōchō, Toyokawachō, and Ishikawachō) is also possible after 10:00 AM.
*Delivery to Otaru is ¥550 (tax included).
We will provide the aprons, arm covers, and gloves you will need during the experience.
If you have long hair, please bring a hair tie.

Ages 10 and up: Children old enough to participate on their own
☆Target Age☆
Ages 5 and up: Preschoolers must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Activities may be adjusted to suit the child’s developmental stage.

1週間以内(前日まで）にお支払いいただけない場合はご予約キャンセルとなりますのでご了承ください。 お支払い可能な決済は、各種クレジットカードもしくは銀行振り込みとなります。 ご予約完了後、1～2日以内に必ずメールをお送りいたしますのでご確認よろしくお願い致します。 ※3日前以前のキャンセルまたは天候不良でのキャンセルは100％返金、3日前～当日キャンセルは50％返金させていただきます。無連絡のキャンセルは返金できません。

During the periods of April 29th to May 6th, July 25th to August 31st, and September 19th to September 23rd, we will only accept reservations with advance payment.
We will send you an email after your reservation is confirmed, so please make your payment in advance.
Please note that your reservation will be canceled if payment is not received within one week.
Accepted payment methods include various credit cards or bank transfer.
We will send you an email within 1–2 days after your reservation is confirmed, so please be sure to check your inbox. *Cancellations made 3 days or more in advance, or cancellations due to inclement weather, will be fully refunded. Cancellations made between 3 days prior and the day of the event will be refunded at 50%. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
